    厨师十分手巧,一片片鸭皮形成一朵朵玫瑰花,衬托在碟子上,就像是一朵盛开在草丛中的玫瑰一样。

    碟子很快装满,然后被放到了三人面前。

    经理讲解完,4人就推着小车离开了。

    都秋游开口说道,“好了,虽然今天是我们第一次见面,但是都别客气,快吃,这边的烤鸭做的不错,比那个什么全聚得的要好太多了。

    全聚得那里是一天不如一天,小时候去吃还觉得不错,但是现在的全聚得是真的差的不行了。

    收费贵不说,出品还差,服务态度还恶劣,真的不知道谁惯的他。

    好了,不说了,大家动手。”

    说着都秋游也没谦让,毕竟桌上她的年纪最大,她不动手,其他人也不好意思动手。

    只见她拿起一块面皮,用快子把六七片薄薄的鸭皮放入面皮上,随后又夹了一些葱段,以及红萝卜丝,最后在上面粘上甜酱以及花生碎。

    左手托着面皮,右手着吧,面皮对折,把那里的馅料包裹起来包成一块四四方方的影子形状,然后一口塞进嘴里。

    李潇等都秋游开动,自己也没有客气,拿起一块面皮也同样夹了几块鸭皮。

    李潇没有选择添加其他的配料,直接粘上甜酱撒上花生碎,学着都秋游的样子把馅料包起来。

    面皮不大,李潇一口就把整块面皮塞进嘴巴里面。

    面皮非常薄,鸭皮烤得十分香脆,以下连着不多的鸭肉,鸭肉鲜嫩多汁,配合甜酱一口下去感觉真是棒极了。

    姜映雪则有些犹豫,因为她的家乡是在冻莞,冻莞这边大部分地区都只吃鹅不吃,所以她对鸭子是有些抗拒的。

    不过一旁的都秋游却以为姜映雪是不会包,连忙动手包了一个不带馅料的片皮鸭塞到姜映雪手上。

    姜映雪看着手上的片皮鸭,有些无奈,但是看到都秋游这么热情,也不好拒绝,只能闭上眼睛,把手上的片皮鸭吃下。

    鸭肉入口,姜映雪睁大了眼睛,好吃。

    看到姜映雪瞪大了眼睛,都秋游哈哈大笑,笑得胸前的雄伟都一抖一抖的,还好附近并没有其他人。

    李潇又是正人君子,并不会因为近水楼台就去偷看,并且发现是红色蕾丝的。

    接着其他的菜也很快就上来了。

    水煮牛肉的红油非常鲜艳,上面浮着一层翠绿色的葱花。

    李潇虽然不是无辣不欢的人,不过微辣的水煮牛肉还是能接受的。

    牛肉非常鲜嫩,轻轻一咬,牛肉里的汁水就在口腔中爆开。

    底下的配菜也十分新鲜,豆芽细心地去了头尾,娃娃菜居然没有太多的辣味,吃起来非常清甜。

    接下来的是八宝鸭场,八宝鸭肠李潇还是第1次吃,非常特别。

    鸭肠清洗干净之后,把里面的杂物和油脂去掉,放入调料腌制。

    馅料是糯米,红豆,绿豆,黑豆,玉米。

    加入调味料,混合在一起放入蒸笼蒸熟,把蒸熟的五谷杂粮揉成细长条形,然后用鸭肠把揉成细长条形的杂粮裹在一起。

    然后就会变成了一条很粗的鸭肠,然后把鸭肠放入鸡蛋液中,外面裹上细细的面粉。

    然后把半成品的鸭肠放入油锅里面,炸至金黄,八宝鸭肠就完全熟透。

    这样出来的鸭肠,最外层的鸭肠就会非常酥脆,但是内层的鸭肠却会很爽口,鸭肠的味道和馅料内部的五谷杂粮的味道混合在一起,非常特别。
